Lead inquiries that do not convert into customers are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months for follow-up purposes, then deleted. Our service providers (including Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, and Resend) may process your data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers. Where required (e.g., EU/UK transfers), our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
